Billing & Credits
Transparent, pay-as-you-go pricing without surprises.
The Credit System
VyralCloud operates on a prepaid credit system. Each Project (Institution) has its own credit balance.
- Top-up: You purchase credits in advance using Stripe (Credit Card, iDEAL, etc.).
- Usage: Resource costs are deducted from your balance in near real-time.
- Zero Balance: If your balance hits zero, your resources may be suspended. We will send you multiple warnings before this happens.
Resource Pricing
Compute (Servers)
Servers are billed hourly. The clock starts the moment the server is provisioned and stops only when it is deleted.
Important: Powering off a server does NOT stop billing. A powered-off server still reserves dedicated resources (RAM, IP, Disk Space) on the physical host. To stop billing, you must delete the server.
Storage (Volumes)
Volumes are billed per minute based on their provisioned size (GB). You pay for the space you reserve, regardless of how much data is actually stored on the disk.
